I have been thinking for 10 years to visit an orthodontist, and looking for Orthodontists for twee weeks online. I got scared away by some of the negative reviews online for some of them. Only few have nice websites, but many are commercial advertisements. He doesn't promote on his website like an advertisement like some do and put everything there they can. The staff is superfriendly and no pressure at all to commit to anything.

Dr. Will is polite, seems caring, and wants the best for everyone visiting him, regardless of commitment.

I had my free consultation with Dr. Schlicher and I really liked him. I thought it was going to be a 15 min. in and out, but he had no patients during that time and took about 2 hours to fully show me everything and take the time to give me full disclosure of all the possible options. Gave me three options: just orthodontics, pulling teeth + orthodontics, and No pulling teeth + orthodontics + jaw surgery + additional orthodontics. It is what it is, but it's nice to know all options. I've had in the past only given 1 options at different places. He made pictures and also before and after pictures with jaw correction. Told me approx. treatment time and was very friendly and open to anything I said. He also told me price and their financing is nice (0 interest with a partial down payment).

He is very young and energetic, has advanced degrees, teaches as well, graduated cum laude from Harvard, and uses the latest technologies, even though it's not disclosed at all on his website. He does what he is good at and seems to love it. I also got referels to a few regular dentists and picked one that are a block or less away from his office. Also, x-rays office is across from him, so all very convenient.

They do every effort to check your insurrance as well, since orthodontics aren't cheap, and let you know your coverage.

I struggled for 10 years and almost had wisdom teeth pulled but it wasn't necessary at all he said .

Also, first I wanted to find a DDS where they do everything, but I figured out quickly that that's not the way to go. Find someone who does one thing but good.
I am going to start treatment soon after he does a thorough x-ray session and other examination to work out the details. I get another consultation where he is going to finalize the plan. Orthodontics generally take about 2 years on average as far what I've seen. this was in line, however I thought it was going to take longer for me because of my crooked teeth. He has many adult patients, which made me feel more comfortable.

Anyway, I definitely recommend him. There is nothing to loose, just an honest opinion with all options on the table and a rough treatment plan during initial consultation that is free. They already took dental impressions and didn't ask for any payment yet until real plan is finalized.

It just felt good to be there - and I am nervous about these places as heck- unlike many things in life where when you walk out and one is still doubting about decisions made. I also observed other patients (young and old) and they all were very happy and he liked chatting and seem interested in what everyone had to say, not just about orthodontics.

The staff also is great and couldn't be more happy to work there.
